Vintage Baby Boy Nursery

Recognize these art prints? I blogged last week about simple and easy artwork for kids spaces and now I’m sharing how we are using the flashcard art in this soon to be baby boy’s nursery.

When I sat down for the first time with this soon to be mama she had already picked out her crib and dresser – woohoo!   Very boy and all I had to do was build off these key pieces. Her one request – no theme. Ok, gotcha, no big deal. #wearegoingtoworkgreattogether

She was also keeping the glider she used with her first baby – check, check, check, what is she hiring me for again?  Just kidding – pulling it all together is my favorite.

This flashcard artwork just screamed all boy to me. They work great in this space and can stay in his room as he grows. What little boy doesn’t love animals?

The navy bedding, drapes and accessories add an updated and crisp look to the room.

When picking furniture pieces for nurseries/kids rooms, don’t just shop in the baby department at your local box store. This console piece will hold a ton of toys and books and isn’t your ordinary go to bookcase.

This mama will be super busy this weekend putting the finishing touches on this All Boy Nursery. Hopefully we will get a few sneak peek photos!

  1. So curious what a “no theme” nursery looks like! Love the concept ideas and know from personal experience that it’s going to look amazing – can’t wait to see the finished product
