Easter Tags

So, I’m a sucker for cute stationery/tags/wrapping paper – basically anything paper. I have to control myself quite often, but these were too cute to pass up. I stumbled across Heather Beck about a year ago and am in awe every time she posts a new project. How cute are these Easter Tags? So I bought them thinking PB would have an Easter party at “school,” but later found out there was no party. No problem!  I just made an Easter treat for all our friends, and we dropped them off today on everyone’s porches.

Of course, I searched Pintrest for a fun Easter snack, but in the end, I combined several for my own version. We’re calling it Bunny Bait!
2 cups pretzels
2 cups chex mix
3 cups popcorn
Easter M&M’s
1 Stick of butter
1 pkg small marshmellows

So, basically it’s the same as making rice krispie bars, but when you put the mix into the pan to cool, you top with M&Ms and sprinkles. Don’t add them in at the beginning because they will melt. Super easy and taste great. Plus they are healthy – they have pretzels and popcorn! (oh – & discard the white chocolate chips in my pic, I left them out)
Let cool, and then tie with cute ribbon and a special tag. Such a fun little snack to hand out to friends or to put in kids’ Easter baskets. IMG_7641

Hoppy Easter – only 3 more days until HE IS RISEN!
